Recipe
1 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 large bangus(milkfish), sliced
1 piece onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 thumb size ginger, sliced
1 piece tomato, sliced
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon cooking oil
2 pieces long green chili (siling haba)
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
