Leche Flan is the Filipino variation of Creme Caramel. Even though the name is literally translated as Milk Flan, it is actually a heavy custard made from condensed milk. Traditionally made for celebrations and feasts, it is usually steamed instead of baked.

15 pieces eggs
1 can condensed mil
1 can evaporada milk
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
